You can almost hear the rooster crow as you enter the barn that is The Omelette Parlor on a Saturday morning. Fun, cozy atmosphere and homely meals make for a wonderful family venue or Sunday brunch. Half priced omelettes every morning between 6:00 - 7:00 am! There are so many amazing breakfast options here. Voted “Best Breakfast” in Colorado Springs for over 20 years, you can’t go wrong grabbing an early bird meal with family or friends. This venue makes for a good diner-style individual breakfast place too.
The Two, Two, & Two (eggs, bacon, and French toast) make for the best first-time option, while the Pike’s Peak comes with a great selection of hot corned beef. But our featured and Favorite Crave is the Huevos Rancheros ($8.99), two eggs any style served on a tortilla smothered in homemade pork green chili and topped with cheddar cheese. The homemade chili really makes the dish, and the comfort breakfast is sure to warm you up even on the chilliest of winter mornings.
