Hey hungry people! I'm Jared, a 21 year old guy raised in Austin, Texas, and have been living in Colorado Springs for the past 3 years. My love for food has been instilled in me by my parents, who lived all over the world and exposed me to many different cultures one plate at a time. Although Colorado Springs isn't traditionally thought of as a big "foodie city", I beg to differ! There are so many great places to grab a bite, and I hope you all check out our favorite eateries that we highlight, from the fancy fine-dining to the hole-in-the-wall hidden gems.

Hi! I'm a Los Angeles native, outdoor enthusiast, and naturally, devoted food admirer. Growing up in LA, I had options to eat pretty much anywhere I felt like at any time of day - cheese steaks, fat sandwiches, sushi, fish tacos, hot pot, ramen - you name it. Moving to Colorado Springs 4 years ago felt like a huge change from the beach, movie theaters, and many awesome eateries. One of the reasons I wanted to work on CO Craves is to share my many food adventures with you, and learn more about the food culture of this wonderful city. Hey, welcome to Colorado Craves. I’m Brittani! I am a senior at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, studying Business Marketing with a minor in Economics. In my free time I enjoy trying new places to eat, working out, and relaxing at home with Netflix. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs, and I have seen it grow from a small little town to a big packed city. Over the years it has been amazing to see the growth, and new restaurant concepts that have come to Colorado Springs. It has been even more amazing trying those new concepts.
